Our main concern is to deliver your products to you in safety and in good conditions, and for this reason we have partnered with a multinational transport company, to ensure your products arrive to your hands in the best possible shape. We will be in constant contact with you to make sure your product arrives in safety to your address. On the other hand, you will have access to an online link where you will be able to track your package, during its transportation and delivery.
Transport and handling prices depend on the destination location, weight of the package and shipping method. Currently, for Europe we use Standard Delivery while for Portugal and Rest of the World we use Express delivery, which includes an insurance policy to provide for the safety of your product, during transportation and delivery.
Please be aware of eventual Customs charges in your delivery country, as this must be paid by the Client. We include in our Express Delivery the Customs Processing fee, but not the Customs Taxes specific in your country.
